Ridgecrest Commercial Area Community Vision
The University of Washington is working with the community to create a new economic and community development vision for the commercial area at N 165th Street and 5th Avenue NE in the Ridgecrest neighborhood.

E Boeing Creek Drainage Improvements
This is a combination of two existing projects: the Midvale Avenue N Drainage Project and Darnell Park Neighborhood Drainage.

NE 170th Street / 15th Avenue NE Signal
This project adds a traffic signal at the intersection of 15th Avenue NE and NE 170th Street.

Aurora Corridor
Learn more about Shoreline's plans to improve safety, traffic flow and aesthetics of Shoreline's "Main Street."

Boeing Creek Park Improvement Project
Design is underway on improvements to Shoreline's Boeing Creek Park.

Civic Center/City Hall
Shoreline's new civic center/city hall will be on the corner of N. 175th Street and Midvale Avenue N.

Interurban Trail
This linear park will provide new recreation opportunities and a non-motorized transportation corridor, linking Shoreline to surrounding communities.

Master Plans
Shoreline has developed master plans for transportation, surface water and parks, recreation and open spaces.

N 167th Street and Whitman Avenue N Drainage Improvement Project
This project will reduce historical flooding of yards and driveways at several single-family homes and two apartment complexes, as well as residential roadways in the general vicinity of N 167th Street and Whitman Avenue N.

Pan Terra Pond and Pump Improvement Project
This project will reduce flooding at N 183rd Street and Dayton Place North.

Park Bond Projects

Richmond Beach Overcrossing
Shoreline is replacing the aging bridge over the railroad tracks in Richmond Beach.

Ronald Bog Drainage Improvements
A series of drainage improvement projects will reduce flooding in the Ronald Bog area.

Sidewalks Priority Routes
Shoreline has begun building some of the priority sidewalks identified in the Transportation Master Plan.

Completed Projects

15th Avenue NE / NE 150th Street Signal
This project added a traffic signal at the intersection of 15th Avenue NE and NE 150th Street.

18th Avenue NW Drainage Improvements Project
This project installed new storm drainage along NW 197th Street and connected to the existing system on 20th Avenue NW.

Dayton Avenue N / N 175th Street Improvement Project
Shoreline is exploring long-term solutions for replacing the retaining wall and making changes to the Dayton / St. Luke intersection to improve safety.

North City Business District
In June 2006, Shoreline completed a series of capital improvement projects to kick-start redevelopment in the North City Business District.

Third Avenue NW Drainage Improvements
Drainage improvements along Third Ave. NW reduces flooding for more than 20 homes in the area.

Twin Ponds Soccer Field Improvements
A new synthetic turf field is complete at Twin Ponds Park and will be open for play in September 2008.
