The Community Services Division provides leadership, support and direct services which connect individuals, families, neighborhoods, businesses and non-profit organizations with the information and resources they need to enhance the Shoreline community’s quality of life.

We fulfill our mission by delivering the following programs:

• Customer Response Team responds to and resolves inquiries and complaints and provides referral information for City services.  Call (206) 546-1700 for information on City services.
  
  
• Emergency Management provides training and resources to restore the proper operations of the City in the event of a major disaster.  The Emergency Management Coordinator also educates citizens in how to be prepared to care for themselves and their neighbors.  Call (206) 546-7873 for information.
  
  
• Human Services works with organizations and individuals to enable Shoreline citizens to meet their individual and family’s needs for physical, mental, social and economic well being through an effective and accessible system of services.
