The Customer Response Team responds to and resolves inquiries, concerns, suggestions and complaints and serves as a referral source for City services.

King County District Court
The Shoreline Division of King County District Court is located at 18050 Meridian Ave. N. in Shoreline. They are open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday. At the District Court you can obtain passports and passport information; file small claims, anti-harassment and domestic violence cases; get a name change; and pay traffic citations. Although you cannot obtain a marriage license at the District Court, (you will have to go to the Superior Court in downtown Seattle) you can have a marriage ceremony performed. Animal Control
Contact King County Animal Control at (206) 296-PETS (7387) regarding any animal concerns such as: a dead animal in the road, a barking dog, lost or stolen pets, or animals running loose. Or visiting the Web site at http://www.kingcounty.gov/safety/animalservices/. They can also answer questions about pet licensing. Pet licenses are also available through the Shoreline City Clerk's Office, Shoreline City Hall, 17544 Midvale Ave. N., (206) 546-5042.

Shoreline Conference Center
The Shoreline Conference Center is located at 18560 1st Ave NE in Shoreline. For questions on scheduling one of the conference rooms, checking the status of a room, or where an event is being held at the Shoreline Conference Center, call (206) 361-4243. The offices of the Shoreline School District are also located in the Shoreline Conference Center.
