18th Avenue NW Drainage Improvements

Status: Completed April 2008

Overview & History

The City recently addressed historical flooding of condominium units along NW 195th Street that was first reported in November 1998.  Analysis had shown that to reduce the flooding of these properties, improvements needed to be made to the drainage system north of this area. In April 2008, the City installed new storm drainage along NW 197th Street and connected it to the existing system on 20th Avenue NW.
