Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC)

On July 9th, 2007, the Shoreline City Council adopted Ordinance No. 475 creating an Economic Development Advisory Committee (EDAC).  The purpose of the committee is to provide guidance and direction for Shoreline’s future economic prosperity and growth.  This will be accomplished by providing citizen review and business expertise in advising the City Council and City Manager on the implementation and updating of the City’s Economic Development Strategic Plan and administration of the economic development program.

The first meeting of the EDAC occurred on Tuesday, April 15, 2008.  Please refer back to this webpage for additional updates on the work of the EDAC.
