Landlord/tenant issues require a certain level of expertise. A good place to start is to call the City of Shoreline's Customer Response Team at (206) 801-2700. They will take your information regarding what may be substandard housing. For mold or other health issues, you can contact the Seattle King County Health Department at (206) 296-4600.
