Picnic shelter reservations are accepted up to six months in advance for use April 1 through Sept. 30. Reservations are taken on a first come, first served basis. Call (206) 801-2600 for more information or reservations. The City of Shoreline has four covered picnic shelters and one trellis picnic area available for rental. Paramount School Park Picnic Shelter, 835 NE 155th Street This newer shelter features a large 2.5’ x 3’ barbecue, seven picnic tables, adjacent to children’s play areas, paved walking trail, ball fields and the Connie King Skate Park. Athletic fields nearby may be available for an additional fee. Currently there is no power or water access at the paramount Picnic Shelter. |

Richmond Beach Saltwater Park Upper Shelter at 2021 NW 190th Street A large plaza and shelter features a panoramic view of Puget Sound, restrooms and children’s play equipment nearby. There is also water access, one 15-amp outlet for electricity and easy access for equipment and guests. It is a moderate walk to access the beach. The shelter has five fixed tables under the shelter and seven fixed tables in the plaza area. Charcoal cooking grills are available in the plaza area and under the shelter. |

Richmond Beach Saltwater Park - The Terrace at 2021 NW 190th Street This newly constructed area has a beautiful view of Puget Sound, several picnic tables, grass areas and a trellis area that makes The Terrace an ideal spot for small weddings and gatherings. The area has temporary restrooms at the site, with full service restrooms in the lower parking lot. In addition to no generators or amplification, additional regulations apply to this site. Hamlin Park Picnic Shelter, 16006 15th Avenue NE This park is newly renovated with a new picnic shelter adjacent to restrooms, play equipment, public art, ballfields and trails. The shelter has water access within walking distance & one 15-amp outlet for electricity at the shelter. Seven picnic tables are set up inside the shelter. There is presently no cooking grill at the shelter, however personal propane gas grills are permitted. To fin out picnic shelter availability, call (206) 801-2600.
