City of Shoreline, WA : Qualified Professionals

Section 20.80.110 requires that reports for critical areas be prepared by qualified professionals approved by the City. The list at the bottom of this page contains the names of the City's current qualified professionals. You may choose one of these or have a different professional of your choice submit a qualified professional application to the City for review and possible approval. After approval by the City, they will be added to the list of qualified professionals

Apply to be a Qualified Professional

Fill out the "Qualified Professional Application". Then select and prepare the documentation for the Qualified Professional "Submittal Requirements" sheet(s) that correspond to your specific qualifications.

Submit your application materials either electronically to
pds@shorelinewa.gov or by mail to: City of Shoreline, Planning & Development Services, 17500 Midvale Avenue North, Shoreline, WA 98133-4905.
