The Shoreline Municipal Code is a continuously evolving document made up of ordinances adopted by the City Council. These ordinances set standards to maintain safety and protect quality of life in Shoreline.
Copies of ordinances and resolutions are available through the City Clerk's Office, (206) 801-2230, or by email. Land use action notices, other public notices, and Council meeting records are available at the Shoreline Libraries and neighborhood centers as well as through this Web site. You may also review any of these documents at City Hall.
The Shoreline Municipal Code* is available online through the Municipal Research and Services Center of Washington. The Shoreline Development Code* is codified as Chapter 20 of the Shoreline Municipal Code. Review copies of the Code are also available at City Hall, Shoreline's libraries and neighborhood centers.
